The Stucco Moisture Guarantee invented by SIR Inc. in 1998 has been providing peace of mind for stucco home owners across the southeast. This Guarantee covers your property against water intrusion through your Eifs or Hardcoat cladding system.
Your property is covered for preventive repairs, framing damages and for the cladding to be removed and reinstalled. This Guarantee can be renewed annually and can be transferred to the new buyer.

Be aware of useless Warranties.
Since 1998 other companies have followed our lead and established their own Stucco Guarantee companies, but be very careful when choosing one. Most Guarantees do not pay enough to cover framing and structural damages. Some Guarantees cost thousands of dollars for renewal each year with minimum coverage.
