The inspection division uses the latest moisture detection technology to detect moisture behind the cladding system.  If moisture is detected, it is measured and the source of water intrusion is identified. Inspectors are equipped with digital cameras so that your reports can be accommodated with pictures of your house and the exact location of moisture.  The following chart is used to define moisture levels and the course of actions.

         0 to 19% moisture level:  Low
         20 to 27% moisture level:  Medium
         28% and above moisture level:  High

The actual results and the written report are mailed or emailed to you within three business days.  You will find our reports are easy to read and follow, with a summary of the findings and the course of actions that you should take in order of priority followed by pictures and moisture levels.
