SIR Inc. is committed to help you and your family through these difficult times by providing urgent and emergency services.  All of our staff will be conducting their work outside of your house.  In a rare event that inside home visit is necessary or requested, SIR staffs follows CDC guidelines for social distancing.  The following services are provided by SIR during these extra-ordinary times,

  1. Scan external cladding for water leak, hidden water damage and possibility of mold

  2. Insure the property is sealed and free of moisture

• Repairs

  1. All necessary stucco and wood / framing repairs are conducted to insure a sealed, properly flashed and free of moisture home.
